Blackpointe Group Construction & Management Inc was founded in 2006 and serves California and the western states. Blackpointe is an A General Engineering Contractor and a B General Building Contractor in the State of California and is also licensed as an Engineering Contractor in Utah, and Montana. Blackpointe specializes in municipal projects with a variety of project types including, grading, excavation and trucking of basin / waterway management, city park construction, stormwater and drainage system construction and maintenance, general municipal building, municipal fencing including guardrails and other Caltrans related barriers, and underground pipelining and rehabilitation.
