Location: Ventura, CA (travel across CA; occasional out-of-state)
Pay: $25/hr | FTE
About the Role:
Functional Fitness Products seeks an experienced Flooring Installer to join our team. You’ll install gym flooring (rubber, turf, sport courts), cross-train on gym equipment installation, and drive the company truck to job sites.
Requirements:
• 3+ years flooring installation experience
• Skilled with flooring tools, adhesives, install techniques
• Able to lift 50–100 lbs regularly
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
• Reliable transportation to Ventura, CA office
• Willing to travel (some overnights)
• Occasional extended hours may be required to meet project deadlines
• Ability and willingness to drive company truck
