Brian Fassino’s experience is grounded in experience. He started his construction company with the idea of building a skilled team applying principles from his years of running engineering projects around the world.
As an Architectural/Engineering Designer, System Analyst, Project Manager and COO – Chief Operations Officer for an international engineering technology company, Brian developed a set of skills and organizational principles he brings to all projects, skills and principles not found with any other builder or designer.
With his 35+ years of experience designing, building, and remodeling homes, using tested value engineering methods, you can expect Brian and his team to bring quality assurance management, operations optimization, development of cost effective solutions, project management, a motivated workforce, and a strong commitment to customer service.

Jason Hardy has a wide range of expertise in the construction industry and is committed to ensuring quality and complete customer satisfaction no matter the size or scope of the project. He has completed ground up commercial buildings, large and small tenant improvements, hotel renovations, retail center renovations and several medical offices. He has also built custom homes and many other residential remodeling projects of all sizes.
Jason received his BBA in Business from Walla Walla University. He developed a passion for construction while working during his summer breaks from college, framing homes in Montana. He was asked to join Al Lowe Construction in 2003 and he welcomed the opportunity to start a new career in construction. Jason started his own construction company in 2013, Hardy Construction, Inc.
Jason is also dedicated to our community and has served on the Amigo’s Board of Directors for Casa Pacifica Centers for Children and Families, and is a Rotarian in Thousand Oaks.
